Couple attacked near Trinity River in Dallas

The thick woods off Riverwood Road in southeast Dallas can seem creepy even in daylight. Lining the Trinity River, they are cut by dirt paths fit for the set of a horror movie.
Before dawn Monday, a woman emerged from them nearly naked and crying. Two men had sexually assaulted her and robbed her male friend.
Police say the chilling attack was the second such incident reported there this month.
The young woman had been in the back seat of a four-door Honda late Sunday with her friend, a 21-year-old Dallas man. Neither victim is being named because of the nature of the attack
